These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the brighthomeplan.com website and any renovation services provided by Bright Home Plan, a renovation company headquartered at 322 N 300th W, Blanding, Utah 84511, USA. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.
Bright Home Plan provides home renovation, remodeling and related installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to: interior and decor renovations, exterior and garden renovation, home security and fire security installation, roofing, solar, window, flooring and bathroom services. The specific scope, materials, timeline and price for your project are defined exclusively in your signed Service Agreement, which prevails over any general marketing description on this website.
We commit to the milestone calendar in your Service Agreement, including our on-time completion guarantee and any penalties stated in it. In exchange, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area during agreed working hours (8am–7pm local time by default) and to keep the work zone free of personal property and hazards. Delays caused by utility providers, permit authorities, extreme weather, hidden site conditions or client-side changes may adjust the schedule fairly and transparently — always communicated in writing.
All completed projects include a 5-year workmanship warranty covering defects in labor and installation (including waterproofing, tile, framing, paint and finish), effective from the date of final walkthrough. The warranty is transferable to a new property owner. Claims are handled through our dedicated claims line with a 48-hour response commitment. The warranty covers workmanship only; manufacturer warranties on materials, appliances and fixtures are provided by their makers. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, client or third-party modifications, misuse, and damage from events such as floods, earthquakes or storms beyond design specifications.
Unless your Agreement states otherwise, we obtain and pay for all required work permits and perform all work to applicable building codes. Bright Home Plan carries $2M general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for its crews. Our crews and vetted partner subcontractors are background-checked and bound by our contracts and warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Home Plan's total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount you paid us under the relevant Service Agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of use, loss of value not caused by our work). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved with one honest phone call. If direct resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of San Juan County, Utah, except where local consumer law grants you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Signed Service Agreements are governed by the Terms in effect on the date of signing and are not altered retroactively.
